Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all internal foam, cables, remote controls, and manuals to prevent transit damage.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the unit to our authorized service center via a tracked and insured courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the unit for functional integrity and cosmetic condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
